I work in Fort St John, BC (way up north near Alaska) and its a very conservative town so we dont have any of that up here thankfully BUT we do have women, and 2 immigrants, so what im saying is - good people cime from all over - if you hire good people youll naturally get a range of folks. Also, this town is mostly white so it would be extra unfair to require xyz

Just choose I of the 27 options I have for you on the worksheet and I will get your car ready for immediate delivery! That's why we disclose the line items, they can read them for themselves! How do you do this with a client who already negotiated via email or phone?
When I purchase a car, I know the numbers before I walk in the door. The sales pitch is not necessary. Either the deal works, or it doesn't. Simple process.
That's really awesome but seeing as how the dealership and the lenders have NO IDEA how your credit or down payment is. As a customer it should be plain to understand tht it's impossible for someone to ACTUALLY help you without knowing anything about you. Based on your answer you CAN'T BE in sales. If you are please share what product you promote and how you do that WITHOUT a process or steps in the sales BEFORE you quote price. I look forward to your reply

So glad I got out of car sales. I make way more money, free saturdays, dont have to kiss customers butts. Most of the dealerships here have a bunch of 20 yr olds on volume pay plans with no volume. Sales is a joke.
It is if salespeople are on volume versus gross. They've tricked the young generation to believe their looking out for them but they're robbing them because 9 times out of 10 the salespeople are leaving money on the table.
